Why Join?

Cory and his wife bought their first home in 2015, and at the closing table, they quickly realized real estate needed to be something they learned how to participate in. When Cory started his real estate invetment journey, to say it was a bumpy ride is a vast understatement. From finding out the REAL cost and effort it took to find a deal, figuring out ways to pay for expensive closing costs and maintaining a property’s mortgages, taxes, bills made it feel like he was being eaten alive. It was through irrational confidence, luck, tons of trial and error and blessings that he managed to get through it all. After 3 years of real action, he helped a friend buy his first investment property by leveraging his experience and track record but also the tips, loopholes and network he gained. After a successful flip, and some wise words from a relative, he realized
that he can help others get in the game and win. This is how The Crowned Club was born.

The Crowned Club is designed to educate and empower people looking to improve their financial future through real estate. We provide educational resources, mentorship, networking, and investment opportunities to help our members achieve their goals.

We offer a variety of resources to our members, including educational materials, premium leverage for investment bank loans, investment opportunities and one-on-one coaching. Our educational materials cover a wide range of topics, including property analysis, market trends, financing options, deal strategies and legal considerations.

We offer a range of investment opportunities, including fix-and-flip properties, rental properties, commercial real estate, and private lending. We work with our members to identify investment opportunities that meet their budgets and goals while providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed.

Our membership fees vary depending on the level of membership you choose. We offer different levels of membership to meet the needs of our members. Each level of membership comes with different benefits and fees, so we encourage our potential members to review our membership options, have an assessment with a team member and select the one that best fits their needs.

 

While we do our best to identify and provide high-quality investment opportunities to our members, we cannot guarantee the success of any investment. Real estate investing involves risks, and our members should carefully consider all aspects of each investment opportunity before making a decision. We provide educational resources , one-on-one coaching, the most knowledgable realtors, inspectors, lawyers and appraisers to help our members make the most informed investment decisions, but ultimately, the success of each investment depends on a variety of factors outside of our control.

More quality time with family, more freedom, helping our community, and helping others change their lives for the better – we created the club for these very reasons. After helping close friends and family secure profits by investing in properties, we wanted to help more people get educated and secure wins.
