Why Join?
Cory and his wife bought their first home in 2015, and at the closing table, they quickly realized real estate needed to be something they learned how to participate in. When Cory started his real estate invetment journey, to say it was a bumpy ride is a vast understatement. From finding out the REAL cost and effort it took to find a deal, figuring out ways to pay for expensive closing costs and maintaining a property’s mortgages, taxes, bills made it feel like he was being eaten alive. It was through irrational confidence, luck, tons of trial and error and blessings that he managed to get through it all. After 3 years of real action, he helped a friend buy his first investment property by leveraging his experience and track record but also the tips, loopholes and network he gained. After a successful flip, and some wise words from a relative, he realized
that he can help others get in the game and win. This is how The Crowned Club was born.

How do I become a member?

We provide educational resources , one-on-one coaching, the most knowledgable realtors, inspectors, lawyers and appraisers to help our members make the most informed investment decisions, but ultimately, the success of each investment depends on a variety of factors outside of our control.
What inspired The Crowned Club?
More quality time with family, more freedom, helping our community, and helping others change their lives for the better – we created the club for these very reasons. After helping close friends and family secure profits by investing in properties, we wanted to help more people get educated and secure wins.
